Chapter 27-Ask Holly

This chapter was originally posted on 5/8/14

Wolfie was relieved to see Holly Alto leave his house and he wasn't shedding any tears over her leaving Moonlight Falls.  He knew she was not as evil as her family but she was a reminder of the worst day of his life.  On the other hand Abby still had a bone to pick with them.

Abby: Holly wait don't go yet.

Abby still had no information on the whereabouts of her father and Jules told her the police were putting the investigation on the back burner.  Abby was at her wits end and was desperate enough to see the old gypsy in town.  "Ask Holly" were the only two words the gypsy woman said which convinced Abby even more that Vita was involved.

Holly:  Abby I am so sorry for everything my mother put your through.  I know all of that was unforgivable.

Abby: I need your help.  My father is still missing and I just want information on what happened to him.  I won't involve the police or tell anyone that you told me, but I need to know if he is dead or alive.  Please can you help me.

Holly: I know how you feel because my father disappeared without a trace also.  The only difference is this is always a risk in our family business, once you choose to live this life you have to accept that everyday might be your last.  Regardless of his occupation he was still my father and I still miss him.

Abby: I know your mother always denied that she was involved but I still do not believe her.

Holly: I'm sorry to tell you this but if my mother said that I believe it.  My mother was an expert at covering her tracks and she enjoyed the fact that the "Keystone Cops" could never touch her.   Considering what she did to you in the past and the fact that she was not afraid of the law, if she was involved she would have been overjoyed to admit it to you.  My mother was just pure evil.  If I am wrong and I do get any more information I will let you know.  It's best if I leave now.

Abby: She was my last hope Wolfie.  I'm never going to find him and if I do the chances of finding alive grow slimmer every day.

Wolfie: We will find him.  We are in this together babe.

Abby: How did I get so lucky to find you.

Sandi: Oh geez are you two at it again and this time on the lawn so the whole neighborhood can see.  This is just way too embarrassing.

Wolfie: I thought you wanted us to get married.

Sandi: Married yes but that doesn't mean I want to see you two making out every 5 minutes.

Sandi: I was just coming down to tell you I am moving all of my stuff up to Mom's old room on the top floor.  All that so called "howling" you two are doing at night is getting a little too loud.   I need my sleep at night plus it’s gross, so this is not up for discussion.

Sandi: I'm also doing some redecorating.

Wolfie knew it wouldn't be long before the boys started to sniff around his daughter but he didn't expect it to be this soon.  There wasn't a boy born who would ever be good enough for his daughter but his sixth sense told him that something was off with this one he was going to be trouble.

Sandi: Daddy I need to talk with you.  Brandon just asked me to go to the prom, can I go?

Wolfie: the Prom?  You are just a freshman, you have time before the Prom.

Sandi: Brandon is a senior.

Wolfie: A SENIOR!  Absolutely Not!  He is too old for you.

Sandi: Don't you trust me Daddy?

Wolfie: I trust you but I don't trust HIM!

Sandi: Daddy please I really want to go.  I promise to come straight home after the dance is over and Aunt Amy is one of the teachers who will be chaperoning.  Please Daddy let me go.

Wolfie knew he had to agree even if it was against his better judgment.  She was growing up and as much as he would like to stop it, he couldn't.  Restricting her from seeing this boy was the fastest way to draw her closer to him.

Wolfie: As long as you come straight home after the dance is over, you can go.  I do want this boy to pick you up here at the house.

Sandi: I'll call him and let him know.  Thanks Daddy you are the best.

Wolfie: Abby we got trouble.

Abby: You must mean The Prom Date.

Wolfie: Yes the Senior Prom Date.

Abby: You knew she was going to start dating sooner or later.

Wolfie: But there is something about that boy that I just don't like.

Abby: I wouldn't worry too much about him.  When I talked to Sandi she was more interested in attending the Prom than she was in the boy.  I think she will just go to the dance and she will forget about him right away.

Wolfie: Well I certainly hope so.  That is next weekend and tonight is our engagement party.  Everything is all set.

Abby: Oh we have another guest coming.  A friend of mine from Hidden Springs called me up to say she was in town for a few days, so I asked her to come over.

Wolfie: the More the Merrier!  Let's get this party started.

Abby: Wind, Thank you so much for coming.  It’s been a long time.

Wind:  Way too long!  You look wonderful.

Abby: I want you to meet my fiancĂ©, Wolfie.

Wind: It's nice to meet you.  I see my shy and quiet friend here snagged herself a famous Rock Star.  Congratulations to both of you.

Wolfie: We are sending you an invitation for the Wedding.  We do hope you will attend.

Wind: I wouldn't miss it for the world.

Wind: I thought I would see your father here, where is Victor?

Abby:  No one can find him.  I think foul play and the Altos are involved.  You know how much money he owed them and how evil they are.

Wind: This surprises me because your father cleaned up his act after he found out what the Altos did to you.  He went to Gamblers Anonymous, got a job and even purchased a little house.  He paid the Altos every cent he owed them, just to get you back safe and sound.

Abby Do you remember anything about the last time you saw him?

Wind: Yes I do, he was talking to a couple,  a pretty blond lady and a strange man with blue hair.

Wolfie: They wouldn't happen to be those two dancing over there?

Wind: Yes!  It’s them!  The last time I saw your father he was talking to...

Wolfie: my Grandparents

Abby: It appears that I asked the wrong Holly.

Author's Note-I want to thank Vuneca for loaning me Wind.  Creator of the Going Solo Challenge.  If you haven't read Vuneca's story. I love her story and I thank her for creating an awesome challenge.

Bonus Shots:

Rose as an elder   I guess I'm going to have to bring her into create a sim using master controller. That Red Dress if she is still wearing it, will not look good on an elder.

He decided to play tag with Wind and found out that was not such a good idea.

The little girl with blue hair is Verne's daughter, Guadalupe.  Sandi is dancing with Wolfie's brother Ronny.

Chris' face had me laughing in this one.  He is not an elder yet but I imagine his time is soon also. Witches have normal lifespans and Werewolves 1.5 lifespan, but Chris was already an adult when Rose married him.

I guess Wolfie knows how to throw a party, they all look like they are having fun.

Chapter 26.4-She said.......Yes!

This chapter was originally posted on 4/30/14

Wolfie: Abigail Cardona, will you be my bride?

Abby's heart was beating a mile a minute and her breathing was so uncontrolled she thought she would hyperventilate.  She read all the romance novels and watched all the daytime dramas, but never ever has there even been a proposal like this.  It took her a moment to realize that this was not TV or a movie or even a dream, it was real and it was happening to her.  The man who she loved more than life itself and the one she thought she lost forever was asking for her hand! This was all just too good to be true.

Wolfie:  If you let me put this ring on your finger, I'll promise you a lifetime of love and happiness worthy of a storybook ending.

Abby:  I would be honored to wear the ring and to be your wife.

Abby: Oh My this ring is beautiful!

Wolfie: Only the best will do for you.  I love you so much.

Abby: I love you too

Wolfie: The house is just not the same without you.  Will you move back in tonight?

Abby: I'm not leaving your side

Wolfie: Not to your old room, to our room.

Abby: As I said, I'm not leaving your side.

Wolfie: You are surprising me again, I didn't know you had lingerie this sexy.  Where have you been hiding that from me?

Abby: I was saving this for our first time.  I can't tell you how many nights I was tempted to put this on and slip under the covers with you.

Wolfie: Please don't tell me this now, we need better communication.  All this time I could have had you in my bed with me and I was in here.....

Abby: waiting patiently?

Wolfie: something like that.

Abby: You don't have to wait patiently any longer.

Wolfie: I really love your lingerie but it would look so much better on the floor.

The Next Morning:

Sandi woke up early the next morning and decided to make her father some breakfast on her toy oven.   Her birthday was tomorrow and she wanted to butter her father up for the perfect present.

Wolfie: The muffins are delicious but I think you should have made another one.

Sandi: Did you want two Daddy?

Wolfie: No kiddo it's for your mother.

Sandi: My mother?  Now why would I do that?  Denny can make her a muffin.  I don't want to.

Wolfie: Dahlia may be your bio mother but you have been adopted by your real mother and she is coming down the stairs now.

Abby walks in when he tries to tell Sandi about their engagement, but Sandi was too overjoyed and she ran straight over to her mother.

Sandi: Mommy!  Mommy!  Mommy!  You are really my Mommy now!

Abby: and I always will be.

Sandi: Finally we are almost a family, now it's up to me to complete this picture.  Daddy it's time for you to make an honest woman out of her.  You are going to the jewelry store to buy the biggest Diamond Ring you can find,

Sandi: than you ask her to marry you.  And you are going to say yes when he does.  Does everyone understand?

Wolfie: Kiddo I already asked her to marry me

Abby: He did last night and I already said yes.

Sandi: Well another job well done thanks to me.  Let's start planning this wedding.  It should be a big event and we will need a budget of a least 6 figures.  I'll start making lists, we need plenty of lists.  How many credit cards do you have Daddy?  We are going to need them all and I'll need a new dress.

Why do we have a horse in our backyard?

The next day it was Sandi's birthday and the whole family gathered around.  The only one who did not show was Jules.  Someone must always be a wolf at these parties, this time it was Chris.

Off to the mirror and dresser with you young lady.  At least she doesn't look as bad as Verne who is standing right behind her.

Much better!

Just as things were getting back to normal in the Landgraab household, an uninvited and unwelcomed guest appears at their doorstep.

Wolfie: I don't know why you are here but it would be best if you left quietly now.

Holly: I am not here to cause any trouble, I just need to speak with you for a minute.

Wolfie: Your plan didn't work plain and simple.  There is nothing left for us to discuss.

Holly: I'm only here to apologize for my behavior.  My mother forced me into helping her however I'm to blame for my own actions.  I'm sorry I wish I could change what I have done but I can't.  I am moving back to Sunset Valley and I am here to tell you that my mother passed away last night.  She will not cause you any more trouble.

Wolfie: One less crime family in Moonlight Falls

Holly: The family business will still be based here.  I'm not in control of the family, another family member was handpicked by my mother before she died.  My cousin Jareth will be running the business until his son takes over.  I'm leaving because that kid scares me, there is something terribly wrong with him.  I have been begging my cousin to get him some help before he hurts someone but you know Jareth is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.  I know the vendetta my family has against yours, and I felt after what I did to you that I owed it to you to give you a warning.

Chapter 22.2-The truth shall set you free

This chapter was originally posted on 4/3/14.

Wolfie was livid that this woman who claims to be Sandi's mother expected that he would just let her walk off with his daughter.  Did she really expect that he would allow such a thing to happen?  Even if the DNA test proves it, he would never consider her to be Sandi's mother.  The woman who helped him raise Sandi would always be Sandi's mother in his eyes and that was Abby.

Wolfie: I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE NOW!

Holly had tears in her eyes as he yelled, she did not want to do this and the guilt was eating away at her.  She put her head down in shame and she almost told him the truth, but then she thought about her mother and her fear took over.

Holly: I am so sorry.

Holly couldn't stand it anymore she knew it was best for her to leave.  She ran out of the house at lightning speed.

Holly: Mother I told your lies and now I am just as evil as you are.  I will never forget the look in that man's eyes as he thought he would lose his child.  I'm finished with this.  I am done!   Do not ask me to do anymore because I won't.  If I have to go in there again I will tell him the truth that I am not the mother of his child.

Vita: Listen Miss Goody Two Shoes, but I guess no one can call you that anymore because you are in this up to your eyeballs now.  I will handle it from this point, you do not need to worry about this anymore.  I do have a warning, if you do decide to tell the truth you will be the one holding the bag and taking the fall not me.

It was too late because their secret was already out.  Someone else just heard the whole conversation and knew the truth also.

Abby had just returned from the police station to ask Jules if there was any news about her father's disappearance.  Her father seemed to drop off the face of the earth and she figured the Alto's had to be responsible.

She was waiting for this day for a while and she knew this was the beginning of the end of her relationship with Wolfie.  Abby would not let the Alto's take Sandi away from Wolfie and she was going to set Vita straight.

Abby went to check on Wolfie and she wanted to tell him just one more time that she loved him before she came clean about everything.  Wolfie was the only one of them with strong self control , but obviously this time he couldn't.

Abigail: Are you ok Wolfie? I just seen Holly Alto leave.

Wolfie: She's an Alto?  Oh this day just gets better and better!  I didn't know she was an Alto.  I woohooed with an Alto!  Another part of my former life, coming back to bite me in the ass.

Abigail: I'm afraid it is true she is an Alto.

Wolfie: She said she is Sandi's mother and that she wants her back.  I can't lose my little girl especially to those criminals.  I'm not going to let that happen.

Abigail: Don't worry Wolfie it won’t.  You asked her to take a DNA test.

Wolfie: Yes but no matter what the results are she is not taking Sandi away.

Abigail: No Wolfie they are not going to take Sandi away, this I am sure of.  I have to take care of something and then we need to have a serious talk.  I just want you to know no matter what happens, I Love you and I always will.

Wolfie: Abs what in the world are you talking about?

Abigail: I will tell you later, I just need to do this one thing.  I promise you, that you will know everything when I get back.

Abby went out and seen that both Holly and Vita had left, so she went straight to Vita's house.

Abigail: I have some news for you Vita, it’s not going to work.  I don't know why you want Sandi, but I won't let you touch a hair on her head.

Vita: I'm impressed Miss Cardona, your maternal instincts are kicking into high gear.

Abigail: I am not Sandi's mother and neither is your daughter.  I seen your loud discussion with her this morning.

Vita: Well no one is going to believe you, we already have DNA test results to prove otherwise.  Your young man already had the child tested once before to prove that he was the father.  We already have proof and the results are being sent to your young man as we speak.

Abigail: I have some news for you Vita, it’s not going to work.  I don't know why you want Sandi, but I won't let you touch a hair on her head.

Vita: I'm impressed Miss Cardona, your maternal instincts are kicking into high gear.

Abigail: LIES!  ALL LIES!  Your daughter said straight out she was not the mother and you threatened her to keep quiet.

Vita: Yes it is a lie and you won't say a word because you have as much more to lose than I do

Abigail: You can't hold my father against me anymore since you already know he is missing.  Now tell me is my father still alive?  What did you do to him?

Vita: If anything happened to your father it was not by my order.  I give specific instructions that your father was not to be touched.

Abigail: You expect me to believe that?

Vita: It's true, we have not touched your father but you still have more to lose.  How long do you think that young man will keep you around once he knows you were working for us?

Abigail: I'll lose him and Sandi, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make to protect that little girl from the likes of you.  Don't even think of threatening my life because I would gladly take a bullet to protect them.  I am actually going home right now to tell Wolfie the truth myself.  After that you have nothing on me, nothing at all.  I will finally be free and out of your control!

Abby storms out of there to go home and tell the truth to Wolfie.   She knows this will be the end and her heart is already breaking but she must protect both Wolfie and Sandi even if it means she will lose everything.

Vita: Oh Miss Cardona you just made a big mistake.  If only you kept your mouth shut you would have seen that the child would stay with her father, he would give into our demands without a second thought.  You could have had your young man and his little brat. Now I am going to have to get to that house before you, because Mr. Landgraab is going to know about your betrayal and he is going to hear it from me.
